Ingredients

  • 500 gSugar
  • 600 mlWater
  • Peel of 2 oranges
  • Peel of 1 lime
  • 50 gGinger, chopped
  • Cloves to taste
  • Cinnamon sticks to taste

Method

  1. 1Melt and lightly caramelize the sugar with the spices, ginger and citrus peels, then add the water and simmer until smooth.
