- 10Sweet woodruff sprigs, wilted
Method · Built
- 1Serves about twelve.
- 2Pour the white wine into a punch bowl and tie the wilted woodruff into a bundle, hanging it from a spoon so only the leaves sit in the wine.
- 3After about thirty minutes remove the woodruff and add the cold sparkling wine, then ladle into glasses.
