  • 1.5 oz
    Egg liqueur
  • 0.5 oz
    Brandy
  • 0.5 oz
    Heavy cream
  • 1 pinch
    Sugar

Method · Built

  1. 1Warm the egg liqueur, brandy, cream and sugar together in a small pan, stirring and never letting it boil.
  2. 2Pour into a heatproof glass and crown with whipped cream.
