Caldo de Caña is a highball made with cachaça, bianco vermouth and pineapple juice, created by Jesse Vida at BlackTail in 2018.
Method · Shaken
Shake everything except the soda briefly with ice. Strain over a large cube in a rocks glass and top with soda.
