Beg Your Pardon Swizzle is a cocktail made with cachaça, jalapeño-infused green chartreuse and pineapple juice, created by Alex Renshaw at Drumbar in 2014.
Method · Swizzled
Gently muddle everything in a tin. Fine-strain into a highball, add crushed ice and swizzle. Top with more crushed ice, then dash the bitters on top and garnish.
