- 1Shake everything hard with ice.
- 2Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and grate nutmeg on top.

Ingredients
- 1 cuptahini
- 1 cuphoney
- 2 cupswater
- 0.25 tspground cinnamon
- 0.25 tspground nutmeg
- 0.25 cupgreen cardamom pods, lightly cracked
Method
- 1Simmer everything over low heat until the honey and tahini have melted into the water. Take off the heat, cover and steep for an hour, then strain out the cardamom.
