Ingredients

  • 1 box Coconut milk
  • 2 cupsHaitian rum
  • 3 cans Evaporated milk
  • 2 cans Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tspCinnamon
  • 1 tspVanilla
  • 1 tspNutmeg
  • 0.5 cupBrown sugar

Method

  1. 1Combine the coconut milk and rum and let them rest two hours. Warm the evaporated milk gently with the spices and vanilla, stir in the condensed milk, then the coconut rum, and finally the brown sugar, mixing well. Strain through a coffee filter and chill.
