  1. 1Stir everything with ice until chilled.
  2. 2Strain over a large cube in a double rocks glass and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
  3. 3For the Royale version, use one and a half ounces of gin and one dash of bitters, strain into a flute and top with dry sparkling wine.
