Ingredients

  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 cupmint leaves

Method

  1. 1Dissolve the sugar in the water over low heat and cool slightly. Blanch the mint for ten seconds, shock in ice water and pat dry, then steep it in the warm syrup for thirty minutes and strain.
