Fog Over Rio
Fog Over Rio is a cocktail made with aged cachaça, earl grey-lavender syrup (1:1) and lemon quarters, created by Derek Walker at Ēma in 2018.
Method · Shaken
Muddle the lemon quarters with the syrup in a shaker. Add the cachaça and shake lightly with ice. Strain over a large cube and garnish.
