Method · Stirred
- 1Pour the Americano rosso over a large cube in a rocks glass.
- 2Stir the remaining ingredients with ice and strain gently over the cube so it floats above the aperitivo.

Ingredients
- 2 cupstoasted pecans
- 3 cupswater
- Sugar equal to the strained nut milk
- Few drops orange flower water
Method
- 1Blend toasted pecans with water, steep an hour and strain through cloth. Stir in an equal weight of sugar until dissolved and add a touch of orange flower water.
