Clacson Spritz is a spritz made with vodka, aperol and lemon juice, created by Eric Alperin and Richard Boccato at Bar Clacson in 2017.
Method · Shaken
Whip-shake everything except the soda with a small piece of cracked ice. Strain into a chilled Collins glass over ice, top with soda and garnish.
