What goes in it
- 2 oz
- 2Demerara sugar cubes
- 2 dashesAngostura bitters
Bottle · Angostura Bitters
- 2 dashesPeychaud's bitters
Bottle · Peychaud's Bitters
- 1Orange peel
Method · Stirred
- 1Muddle the sugar cubes with both bitters in a mixing glass.
- 2Express the orange peel over the glass and drop it in, then add the bourbon and ice and stir until cold.
- 3Strain over a large cube and garnish with a fresh orange peel.
