Alicia Perry's Whiskey Sour is a sour made with bourbon, rye whiskey and lemon juice, created by Alicia Perry in 2024.
Method · Shaken
Dry shake everything without ice until the tins loosen. Add ice and shake again firmly, without overdiluting. Strain into a coupe and let it set for a moment. Express a lemon twist from above and discard it, then dash Angostura bitters over the foam in a simple design.
