Tom Macy's French 75 is a cocktail made with gin, lemon juice and simple syrup, created by Tom Macy at Clover Club in 2018.
Method · Shaken
Shake everything but the Champagne with ice and fine strain into a flute or coupe. Top with Champagne. Dip a bar spoon to the bottom once or twice to mix without knocking out the bubbles. Express a lemon peel over the drink, stir gently with it and leave it in.
