Mai Tai Spritz is a tiki cocktail made with aged rum, orange curaçao and orgeat, created by Martin Cate at Smuggler's Cove in 2017.
Method · Built
Combine the rum, curaçao, orgeat and lime and refrigerate for an hour or two. Pour into a Collins glass, fill with ice, top with Champagne and garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
