  • 1 lb Hulled, halved strawberries

Method

  1. 1Combine the strawberries and vodka in a jar and leave to infuse in a cool dark place, tasting along the way, then strain off the fruit. Bar Hemingway ages its own for five months; store-bought strawberry vodka also works.
