Method · Built
- 1Muddle the pineapple, orange, lemon and syrup in a tin, add the vermouth and give it a swirl.
- 2Pour it all into a chilled collins glass, fill most of the way with pebble ice and stir briefly.
- 3Garnish with pineapple, orange and a mint sprig.
