Ingredients

  • 17 ozlightly peated Scotch
  • 2.75 ozRich Simple Syrup (2:1)
  • 0.25 ozhoney
  • 2 ozwater
  • 18 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 12 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Method

  1. 1Coat the inside of an empty 750 ml bottle with melted beeswax and let it set. Add everything, seal and rest at room temperature for one to two weeks, then refrigerate.
