- 1000 g clarified orange juice
- 780 g white sugar
- 48 g orange peels
- 3 g citric acid per liter of finished syrup
Method
- 1Bring the juice, sugar and peels to a boil, cover and simmer on low for fifteen minutes. Cool, strain and stir in the citric acid.
