- 750 ml Aperol (pour off two to three ounces)
- 6 raspberries
- 6 blackberries
- 2 lemongrass stalks, crushed and scored
Method
- 1Pour a little Aperol out of the bottle to make room, add the berries and lemongrass and refrigerate at least a day.
