Ingredients
- 2.5 oz gin
- 0.75 oz blue curaçao
- 1 oz bitter bianco
- 5.25 oz citrus cordial (16 oz sugar, 16 oz hot water, 2 oz each lime juice, lime zest, lemon juice, lemon zest and citric acid, blended, steeped two days and strained)
Method
- 1Make the citrus cordial two days ahead. Stir the gin, curaçao, bitter bianco and cordial together and chill until blending.
