Ingredients
- 1 liter gin
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 8 g shredded coconut
Method
- 1Pour 400 ml of the gin into a jar. Toast the coconut in the warmed oil until golden, add it hot to the jar, seal and freeze overnight. Strain off the solid fat cap through cheesecloth, then blend back with the remaining gin.
