- 250 g white sugar
- 250 g carrot juice
- 50 g white miso
- 60 ml grains of paradise tincture (11.25 g ground grains of paradise steeped one day in 375 ml high-proof neutral spirit, then filtered)

- 1Blend the sugar, carrot juice and miso until the sugar dissolves. Stir in the tincture.
