Ingredients

• 2 cups honey
• 2 cups unsalted butter, cubed
• 2.75 oz Cinnamon Syrup (1:1)
• 1.25 oz allspice dram
• 1.25 oz Vanilla Syrup (1:1)

Method

1. 1Warm the honey over medium heat until it bubbles and thins. Whisk in the butter until smooth, rest a few minutes, then whisk in the cinnamon syrup, allspice dram and vanilla syrup.
