Ingredients
- 10 lemons
- 5 cardamom pods
- 2 cups caster sugar
Method
- 1Zest the lemons and crush the cardamom seeds. Muddle zest, cardamom and sugar for several minutes until the sugar turns yellow, then rest an hour. Juice the lemons into the sugar, stir to dissolve and strain through cheesecloth into a sterilized bottle.
