Ingredients
- 750 ml mezcal
- 1 tbsp loose Wuyi oolong tea
- 2 cups coffee liqueur
- 1.75 cups vanilla syrup (1:1)
- 1.66 cups whole milk
- 3.33 cups añejo tequila
- 1.5 oz chili liqueur
Method
- 1Combine everything and rest for thirty minutes so the milk curdles. Clarify in a centrifuge, or strain slowly through a cheesecloth-lined coffee filter until clear. Bottle and chill.
