Ingredients
- 750 ml kiwi juice
- 250 ml cucumber juice
- 500 ml Rich Simple Syrup (2:1)
- 8.75 g makrut lime leaves
Method
- 1Combine the kiwi juice, cucumber juice and syrup. Blend the lime leaves with a small amount of the mix for a few seconds, strain back into the batch and stir.
