- 500 g Demerara sugar
- 500 g Hot water
- 1 g Salt
- 1 g Orange flower water
- 1 g Toasted sesame oil
Method
- 1Blend everything until most of the sugar has dissolved, then whisk in a saucepan over medium heat until fully dissolved. Cool and bottle.
