Ingredients
- 1 liter Whole milk, divided
- 400 ml Sweetened condensed milk
- 6 Egg yolks
- 200 g Vanilla pudding or flan mix
- 250 ml White rum
- 180 ml Aguardiente
- 60 ml Anise liqueur
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Method
- 1Whisk half the milk with the yolks over low heat, add the pudding mix and cook, stirring, about ten minutes until thick; cool briefly. Blend the rest of the milk with the condensed milk, spirits and vanilla, then blend in the pudding until smooth. Bottle and chill.
