- 1 cup clementine peels
- 2 cups white sugar
- 0.5 cup Clementine Juice
Method
- 1Toss the peels with the sugar in a sealed container so every peel is coated and leave overnight. Add the juice, strain out the peels and stir until the sugar dissolves.
