• 1 pint neutral grain spirit
• 0.25 small red onion, diced
• 1.5 garlic cloves, crushed and chopped
• 0.5 tsp kosher salt

Method

1. 1Combine everything in a sealed container and leave at room temperature for at least four hours, then strain.
