Ingredients
- 24 oz Armagnac
- 8 oz oloroso sherry
- 2 oz coffee liqueur
- 3 oz lemon juice
- 10 oz grapefruit and lemon oleo saccharum (2 oz grapefruit peel, 1 oz lemon peel, 8 oz sugar)
- 14 oz brewed rooibos tea
Method
- 1Macerate the grapefruit and lemon peels in the sugar overnight to make the oleo. Combine everything in a container and rest for a day. Rack off the clear top layer, strain the rest and chill.
