Ingredients
- 250 g Passion fruit pulp
- 250 g Curuba (banana passion fruit) pulp
- 250 g Gulupa (purple passion fruit) pulp
- 500 g White sugar
- 100 ml Water
Method
- 1Warm the pulps with the water over low heat without boiling, stir in the sugar until dissolved, and hold on gentle heat for fifteen minutes. Strain, cool and bottle.
