- 2 bottles medium-bodied rosé wine
- Sugar (start at one part per two parts reduced wine)
- Citric acid, to taste
Method
- 1Reduce the rosé by half. Stir in sugar, starting at one part sugar to two parts reduced wine, then adjust with citric acid to taste.
