Ingredients
- 1 quart Whole milk
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 5 Cloves
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 3 tbsp Instant coffee
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Method
- 1Bring the milk, sugar, cloves and cinnamon to a simmer, then cover, take off the heat and steep for one hour. Strain, whisk in the coffee and vanilla, and chill overnight.
