Ingredients

• 9 oz honey syrup (2:1)
• 8 oz room-temperature butter
• 1.5 oz cinnamon syrup (1:1)
• 1.5 oz Donn's spices (1:1 vanilla syrup mixed with an equal volume of allspice dram)
• Pinch of salt

Method

1. 1Make the Donn's spices by simmering equal parts sugar and water with a scraped vanilla bean, cooling and stirring in an equal amount of allspice dram. Whip it with the honey syrup, butter, cinnamon syrup and salt until smooth.
