Ingredients
- 30 g green anise seed
- 2 cups boiling water
- 4 cups demerara sugar
Method
- 1Lightly toast the anise. Steep it in the boiling water for five minutes. Add the demerara sugar and whisk until fully dissolved. Strain out the anise, bottle and refrigerate.
