- Large can batch (1.36 L pineapple juice):
- 43.5 g citric acid
- 27.2 g malic acid
- Fresh-squeezed batch (500 ml pineapple juice):
- 16 g citric acid
- 10 g malic acid
- Any amount: 32 g citric acid and 20 g malic acid per liter of juice
Method
- 1Weigh the citric and malic acid for your amount of pineapple juice. Stir until fully dissolved and combined. Store in the refrigerator.
