Ingredients
- 400 g mamey sapote flesh (skin and seed removed)
- 800 g water
- Sugar, equal to the weight of the strained liquid
Method
- 1Blend the fruit and water, then pass through a fine strainer. Weigh the liquid, add the same weight of sugar and blend on high until dissolved. Bottle and refrigerate. Mango works as a substitute.
