Ingredients
- 1 liter vodka
- 20 g second-flush Darjeeling tea
- 250 ml whole milk
- 15 ml citric acid solution (15 g citric acid dissolved in 85 g water)
Method
- 1Steep the tea in the vodka for an hour, stirring often, then strain. Slowly add the infused vodka to the milk while whisking gently and let it sit fifteen minutes. Whisk in the citric acid solution until the milk curdles and separates. Strain through a coffee filter (or centrifuge) until clear.
